DT Menu is a new menu editor solution for Joomla 1.5 native that blows away all other options! Without using a menu editor, you are stuck with whatever menu styling is included in your template… that is unless you are a CSS master and can dig through all of the mess of your template and make changes as needed. You MIGHT be able to pull off a couple changes, but are you going to get exactly what you want? Probably not. Are you going to have 3 states for your menu items? Nope…
This is where DT Menu comes in. You can use our editor to fully customize your Joomla menus. You can alter colors, size, positions, borders, submenu styling and more! One of the best features is that with every color, border and
JF Amplify is a 3d flash image rotator for Joomla 1.5. The module can be used to outline featured products on your website, to create a stack of photos that the user can rapidly browse or to highlight your special content with an animated cool 3d effect. It takes 5 minutes to customize it and add your images.
Each image can have a title and a link, and the user can click on the highlighted image.
The 3d flash image rotator module is specially designed for Joomla 1. You can change the background, decide whether if the animation should start automatically and whether you want to show the label for each item or not.
Add Picasa slideshows to your site using your albums’ RSS link.
The available AJAX modules for displaying Picasa albums for some reason were displaying images in low quality, while Picasa’s embeddable player was showing them fine. I decided to use Picasa’s flash player, but to simplify adding the album’s url to other users, I thought of letting them add the album’s RSS link instead (as done on http://www.tools4noobs.com/picasa/).
The difference between the url used in the player and the RSS one is just a tiny part of it: player refers to …/base/…, RSS to …/api/… A simple ereg_replace() did the trick…
This module shows a custom footer with a copyright symbol, year and current website name on the first line, and a second line of custom text. Each line of footer text is held within a div that can be fully customized through the module parameters. That way, you can make your footer work with your site instead of just hanging out down at the bottom of the page. You can apply styles with css, or use HTML tags within the text.
